Our jewelry
Where are the jewelry made?
Each piece of jewelry is born from the imagination of the designer, Alice, in her workshop in Aix-en-Provence.
The jewelry then takes shape in our Parisian workshop , where for 15 years, they have been manufactured by us using artisanal know-how.
What materials are used?
Our jewelry is made of brass, gilded with fine gold or plated with 24 carat gold . Each piece is gilded in France according to precise quality standards.
We have also recently launched a more precious range in 585/1000 rolled gold (gold-filled) with a longer-lasting shine.
As for the stones , natural and semi-precious , they are each chosen by us, making each creation an almost unique piece.
Designed without nickel and lead, our jewelry is guaranteed hypoallergenic.
What is the difference between gold plated and gold-filled?
Our gold plated jewelry is obtained by depositing a thin layer of gold on a brass base.
In France, this designation is regulated: the thickness of the gold must be at least 3 microns, below that we speak of jewelry gilded with fine gold.
The purity of gold also plays a role in the quality of jewelry and ranges from 9 to 24 carats. At Lily Garden, we have chosen to offer you the finest quality with 24 carat gold gilding.
Gold-filled or laminated gold is a more durable alternative: a thick layer of gold is fused onto a metal base, ensuring a shine that is more resistant to time.
It is a valuable, yet affordable option for those looking for a vibrant, durable piece of jewelry.
Is the jewelry water resistant?
Our costume jewelry is a treasure to cherish that is not afraid of water.
However, to preserve their shine over time, we recommend that you avoid repeated contact with water and chemicals. Removing your jewelry in the shower, at the pool or at the sea will allow them to keep their shine and beauty for longer.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Don't hesitate to gently rinse your jewelry from time to time and wipe it with a soft cloth. This will allow them to retain all their shine and brilliance over time!
How do I know my ring size?
At Lily Garden, life is made easier with our adjustable rings! No need to worry about measuring your fingers.
However, if you want to know your exact size, we recommend using a ring sizer or measuring the circumference of your finger with a soft tape.

My jewelry is broken, can I get it repaired?
At Lily Garden, we take care of your jewelry.
In case of breakage due to a manufacturing defect, we repair them free of charge within one year of purchase. If the repair concerns a simple ring or a small element, we can even intervene after one year, even if the jewel was not purchased from us. We like to be of service as much as possible!
However, repairs due to normal wear and tear, gilding issues, or requiring the addition or replacement of an element will be chargeable.
We do everything we can to ensure that your jewelry remains as beautiful as the first day, with services adapted to each situation!
Can I exchange my jewelry?
For any repair or exchange, simply return the jewel intact in its original pouch and the receipt. We offer a period of approximately one month to complete the exchange.

Can I get a refund?
At Lily Garden, we favor exchanges or the issuance of credits rather than refunds.
